blog.teknokrat – Bagi kamu mahasiswa asal Jombang yang sedang mencari beasiswa kuliah, tawaran berikut ini bisa kamu pertimbangkan! Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) Kab. Jombang kembali meluncurkan program Beasiswa Jombang Prestasi Baznas (BJPB) angkatan ke-2 tahun 2021. Beasiswa ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa asal Jombang yang sedang menempuh pendidikan S-1 PTN/PTKIN di Indonesia. Berikut informasi selengkapnya.

Program Beasiswa Jombang Prestasi BAZNAS

CAKUPAN BEASISWA:

  1. Bantuan SPP/UKT maksimal Rp 3.000.000,- tiap semester hingga lulus atau semester 8
  2. Uang saku bulanan
  3. Pembinaan bersama para mentor 

PERSYARATAN BEASISWA JOMBANG PRESTASI:

  1. Merupakan warga Jombang dibuktikan dengan Fotocopy KTP dan Kartu Keluarga.
  2. Beragama Islam.
  3. Merupakan mahasiswa aktif S1 PTN/PTKIN di Indonesia minimal semester 5 pada saat mendaftar.
  4. Mempunyai IPK minimal 3.00 dari skala 4.00.
  5. Sedang tidak mendapatkan beasiswa lain, dibuktikan dengan Surat Pernyataan Tidak Menerima Beasiswa Lain dengan tanda tangan bermaterai.
  6. Prioritas bagi pendaftar yang aktif di organisasi kampus intra maupun eksternal.
  7. Prioritas bagi pendaftar yang Hafidz Qur’an memiliki nilai lebih.
  8. Prioritas bagi pendaftar yang Memiliki prestasi akademik maupun non akademik.
  9. Aktif di media sosial.

BERKAS DOKUMEN YANG DIBUTUHKAN (softcopy):

  1. Formulir Pendaftaran (DOWNLOAD)
  2. Scan KTP
  3. Scan Kartu Keluarga
  4. Scan Transkrip Nilai IPK terakhir
  5. Scan Surat keterangan aktif kuliah
  6. Scan Surat keterangan penghasilan rata-rata orang tua atau slip gaji tiga bulan terakhir
  7. Scan Surat pernyataan tidak menerima beasiswa lain (DOWNLOAD) kemudian ditandatangani

CARA MENDAFTAR BEASISWA JOMBANG PRESTASI:

  1. Untuk mendaftar Beasiswa Jombang Prestasi Baznas (BJPB), lengkapi terlebih dahulu berkas dokumen yang disebutkan di atas.
  2. Selanjutnya peserta mengisi formulir pendaftaran online pada link berikut: https://forms.gle/fnWALhruh6qq8KZv5 dan unggah berkas dokumen yang sudah disiapkan. Disarankan mengisi dengan menggunakan laptop.
  3. Batas waktu pendaftaran sampai dengan tanggal 30 SEPTEMBER 2021.

TIMELINE PENDAFTARAN:

  1. Pendaftaran online: 13 s/d 30 September 2021
  2. Seleksi administrasi: 1 s/d 6 Oktober 2021
  3. Pengumuman lulus seleksi administrasi: 7 Oktober 2021
  4. Psikotes, BTQ dan Wawancara: 9 Oktober 2021
  5. Pengumuman lulus tahap akhir: 20 Oktober 2021
  6. Penandatanganan akad beasiswa: 21 Oktober 2021
