Beasiswa Mahasiswa Jakarta yang sedang berkuliah D3 dan S1/Sederajat

PERSYARATAN BEASISWA MAHASISWA JAKARTA:

  1. Mempunyai KTP DKI Jakarta.
  2. Merupakan mahasiswa aktif yang sedang berkuliah D3, S1/Sederajat (dibuka untuk PTN dan PTS).
  3. Merupakan mahasiswa semester 1 s/d 7.
  4. Berasal dari keluarga tidak mampu.
  5. Beragama Islam.
  6. Tidak sedang mendapatkan beasiswa lainnya.
  7. Berusia tidak lebih dari 30 tahun.
  8. Belum menikah.

BERKAS DOKUMEN YANG DIBUTUHKAN (softcopy):

  1. Scan KTP DKI Jakarta.
  2. Scan Kartu Keluarga.
  3. Scan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa.
  4. Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif dari Kampus.
  5. Transkrip Nilai Terakhir/IPK (untuk mahasiswa semester 2-7) atau SKL/IjazahSMA/Sederajat (untuk mahasiswa semester 1).
  6. Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM) dari Kelurahan.
  7. Surat Pengajuan Bantuan Biaya Pendidikan.
  8. Surat Persetujuan Orang Tua/Wali.
  9. Surat Kontribusi.
  10. Surat Pernyataan Sedang Tidak Menerima Beasiswa Lain.
  11. Foto 3×4 background merah terbaru.
