blog.teknokrat – Ada kabar baik buat kamu calon mahasiswa dan mahasiswa on-going yang mempunyai KTP DKI Jakarta! Saat ini telah dibuka pendaftaran KJMU Tahap II Tahun 2021. Kartu Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul (KJMU) merupakan program pemberian bantuan Biaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan bagi calon/mahasiswa PTN/PTS dari keluarga tidak mampu secara ekonomi dan mempunyai potensi akademik yang baik untuk meningkatkan akses dan kesempatan belajar di PTN/PTS. Para penerima KJMU akan dibiayai penuh dari dana APBD Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Berikut informasi selengkapnya mengenai Pendaftaran Kartu Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul.

Program Kartu Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul (KJMU) Tahun 2021

SASARAN:

  1. Peserta didik dan alumni yang tidak mampu secara ekonomi dan lulus seleksi PTN/PTS; dan
  2. Mahasiswa PTN/PTS yang tidak mampu secara ekonomi.

MANFAAT DAN DAMPAK POSITIF YANG DIHARAPKAN DARI SISWA PENERIMA KJMU:

  1. Meningkatkan akses dan kesempatan belajar di PTN/PTS bagi peserta didik yang tidak mampu secara ekonomi dan memiliki potensi akademik yang baik.
  2. Memberi bantuan biaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan kepada calon mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria untuk menempuh pendidikan program diploma/sarjana sampai selesai dan tepat waktu.
  3. Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan calon/mahasiswa hingga selesai dan tepat waktu.
  4. Menumbuhkan motivasi bagi peserta didik untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan kompetitif.

CAKUPAN BANTUAN KJMU:

Masing-masing penerima KJMU akan mendapatkan bantuan sebesar Rp 9 juta tiap semester, meliputi:

  1. Biaya penyelenggaraan pendidikan (dikelola PTN atau PTS)
  2. Biaya buku
  3. Perlengkapan/peralatan dan atau biaya pendukung personal lainnya
  4. Makanan bergizi
  5. Transportasi

DURASI PENERIMAAN BANTUAN KJMU:

Penyaluran bantuan biaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan diberikan sejak peserta didik lulus seleksi PTN/PTS dan ditetapkan sebagai penerima Bantuan Biaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan, yaitu:
a. Untuk Program Sarjana (S1) dan Diploma IV maksimal 8 (delapan) semester dan dapat diperpanjang maksimal 2 (dua) semester
b. Untuk Program Diploma III maksimal 6 (enam) semester dan dapat diperpanjang maksimal 2 (dua) semester

PERSYARATAN UMUM KARTU JAKARTA MAHASISWA UNGGUL (KJMU):

  1. Berdomisili dan mempunyai Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) dan Kartu Keluarga (KK) DKI Jakarta.
  2. Terdatar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) dan/atau Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Daerah.
  3. Tidak mendapatkan beasiswa / bantuan pendidikan lain yang bersumber dari APBN dan/atau APBD. Penerima KIP Kuliah tidak dapat mendaftar program ini.

PERSYARATAN KHUSUS KARTU JAKARTA MAHASISWA UNGGUL (KJMU):

  1. Calon mahasiswa/Mahasiswa telah lulus dari Pendidikan menengah (SMA/SMK/MA/Sederajat) pada Satuan Pendidikan Negeri/Swasta di DKI Jakarta maksimal 3 tahun sebelumnya.
  2. Dinyatakan lulus pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) jalur reguler di bawah naungan Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi Pendidikan Tinggi dan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia; dan/atau
  3. Dinyatakan lulus seleksi pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) jalur reguler dengan akreditasi institusi A dan program studi yang terakreditasi A di DKI Jakarta pada Bidang Prioritas sesuai dengan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah DKI Jakarta tahun berjalan.
  4. Untuk mahasiswa on-going, pengajuan paling lama pada semester 2 (dua).

CARA MENDAFTAR KARTU JAKARTA MAHASISWA UNGGUL (KJMU):

  1. Calon penerima mendaftar ke SMA/SMK/MA/sederajat sekolah asal: 13 s/d 25 September 2021.
    Peserta didik dan alumni yang akan melanjutkan ke PTN/PTS mengajukan permohonan Bantuan Biaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan kepada Gubernur melalui SMA/SMK/MA/Sederajat sekolah asal. Permohonan pengajuan dilengkapi dokumen sebagai berikut:
    a. Surat permohonan bantuan biaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan (Form 1)
    b. Surat pernyataan Calon Penerima Bantuan Biaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan bermeterai Rp 10rb/6rbx2/6rb+3rb/3rbx3 (Form 2)
    c. Surat Pernyataan Ketaatan Penggunaan Bantuan Biaya Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan (Form 7)
    d. Surat Pernyataan Kepala Satuan Pendidikan
    e. Laporan Pertanggungjawaban 1 (satu) Semester
    f. Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP)
    g. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga
    h. Bukti pendaftaran/nomor ujian pada seleksi masuk PTN/PTS

  2. Bagi Peserta Didik dan Alumni yang merupakan pemilik KJP pada jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya, juga melengkapi dokumen tambahan sebagai berikut:
    a. Fotokopi KJP; dan
    b. Fotokopi Buku Tabungan KJP.
  3. Dinas Pendidikan mengumumkan data calon penerima sementara yang berasal dari Data Terpadu Pemprov DKI Jakarta melalui sekolah: 28 s/d 29 September 2021
  4. Verifikasi kelengkapan berkas calon penerima: 30 September 2021
  5. Data final penerima ditetapkan: 1 s/d 13 Oktober 2021
