Pendaftaran CPNS 2023 dilakukan secara daring melalui Sistem Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (SSCN).

How to Register an SSCASN Account for 2023:

1. Visit the SSCASN portal at https://sscasn.bkn.go.id.
2. Register to create an SSCASN account.
3. Fill in personal details accurately: National Identification Number (NIK), Family Card number (KK), mobile number, and active email.
4. Click ‘Continue’.
5. Click ‘Register Account Process’.
6. Confirm the registration process by clicking ‘Yes’.
7. The site will display a confirmation that registration is complete and offer the option to print registration information.

Login to Your SSCASN Account:

1. Log in to your registered SSCASN account.
2. Complete the requested personal data and upload a selfie.
3. Click ‘Next’.
4. Selection of CPNS and PPPK.
5. After successfully logging into your SSCASN account, click on ‘CPNS’ selection.
6. Click on the chosen formation, review graduation requirements or educational levels.
7. Upload Documents.
8. Prepare the required documents (for each institution targeted) and upload the necessary documents according to specified size and format.
9. Print the Card.
10. Check the registration resume and end the registration.
11. Then print the account information card and registration account card.

CPNS 2023 Registration Requirements: According to Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2021, the following are general CPNS requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 35 years at the time of application
• No criminal conviction with a final court decision resulting in imprisonment
• Never been honorably discharged not at own request or not honorably discharged as a civil servant, Indonesian National Army soldier, Indonesian National Police member, or dismissed dishonorably as a private employee
• Not holding positions as a prospective civil servant, civil servant, Indonesian National Army soldier, or member of the Indonesian National Police
• Not a member or administrator of a political party or involved in practical politics
• Possess educational qualifications in accordance with job requirements
• Physically and mentally fit according to the job requirements
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia or other countries as determined by Government Institutions
• Other requirements as needed for the designated position by the PPK.
