Clement Reflects on Rangers’ Performance

Rangers manager Clement praised his team’s defensive efforts, stating, “We didn’t give away much today again. I don’t remember Liam having to make any big saves.” He also commended Clinton for a strong performance in his first match for the team.

However, Clement acknowledged the shortcomings in the offensive play, which ultimately led to the loss of points. “We didn’t show enough in the attacking phase to break open the game,” he explained. With Dundee sitting back defensively, placing ten players behind the ball and relying on counter-attacks, Rangers struggled to break through.

Despite dominating possession and managing transitions well, Clement noted that the team was not decisive enough in the final third, which cost them the chance to secure a win.
