Namun, Ria Ricis kemudian memutuskan untuk memberikan pengampunan kepada Teuku Ryan dan melanjutkan hubungan mereka. Dia menyatakan masih mencintai Teuku Ryan dan berharap untuk menjalani kehidupan rumah tangga yang harmonis dengan suaminya yang berjanji untuk berubah menjadi lebih baik dan bertanggung jawab.
Namun, pernikahan mereka tidak berlangsung lama. Hanya dua tahun setelah menikah, Ria Ricis mengajukan gugatan cerai terhadap Teuku Ryan di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini diumumkan oleh Humas Pengadilan.
“Sudah mendaftar di kepaniteraan Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Selatan pada tanggal 30 Januari 2024 sore hari, atas nama Ria Yunita melawan T. Rushariandi. Nama tersebut telah terdaftar di PA Jakarta Selatan secara e-court, dengan nomor perkara 547/PdtG/2024,” ujar Taslimah selaku Humas.
Di sisi lain, sebelum gugatan cerai diajukan oleh Ria Ricis, pasangan tersebut diketahui telah membicarakan sebuah rumah yang mereka beli bersama, yaitu Teuku Ryan. Dikutip dari kanal YouTube-nya, Ria Ricis bahkan pernah membuat konten tentang rumah mewah yang diduga terletak di kawasan Jakarta Selatan bersama Teuku Ryan. Saat membuat konten tentang rumah yang mereka beli, Ria Ricis memperlihatkan detail setiap sudut rumah yang berwarna putih dan dilengkapi dengan taman dan kolam renang.
“Kita deal-nya masya Allah tarabakallah mudah-mudahan sama rumah ini,” ujar Ria Ricis.
Namun, setelah vlog tersebut, tidak ada konten terbaru yang menunjukkan kebersamaan mereka tinggal di rumah tersebut. Banyak yang menduga bahwa rumah tersebut belum dihuni oleh pasangan tersebut.
Tidak hanya itu, sebelumnya Ria Ricis juga pernah mengunggah pernyataan bahwa dia ingin menjual rumah yang menarik perhatiannya sebelum menikah.
“Rumah ini mau aku jual aja. Aku bayar DP sebelum menikah,” kata Ria Ricis.
Diketahui bahwa cicilan rumah itu awalnya dibayar oleh Teuku Ryan, namun karena Ria Ricis tidak sabar, dia kemudian mengaku menjadi pihak yang melunasi cicilan tersebut.
“Lalu dilanjutkan oleh Papa Moana. Lalu sudah aku lunasi lagi dan sekarang dijual saja,” ujar Ria Ricis.
