UTI mengadakan Pameran Akademik 2024 di kampusnya, Gelanggang Mahasiswa Dr HM Nasrullah Yusuf, pada Selasa (30/1/2024). Acara tersebut bertujuan mempromosikan prestasi akademik, menampilkan bakat mahasiswa, dan menghubungkan industri dengan dunia pendidikan. Para peserta dapat mengeksplorasi berbagai program studi, mendapatkan wawasan tentang penelitian terbaru, dan berinteraksi langsung dengan fakultas. Pameran kreativitas mahasiswa Universitas Teknokrat memukau ribuan pengunjung di Gelanggang Mahasiswa kampus. SMK N Tanjung Sari LAM-SEL juga ikut hadir dan bangga dengan inofasi Agricultur Aquaponik yang di buat mahasiswa teknokrat dengan menggunakan bahan bahan sederhana yaitu ;

  • 12 lubang tanam
  • lampu UV
  • berbasis WEB

Hanya dengan bahan tersebut mahasiswa teknokrat dapat membuat sistem pertanian yang berkelanjutan yang mengkombinasikan akuakultur dan hidroponik dalam lingkungan yang bersifat simbotik dalam akuakultur yang normal ,elsresi dari limbah ikan untuk menyuburkan tanaman sehingga tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan lebih cepat dan sehat .Terdapat juga keuntungan pembuatan yang dihasilkan dari Agricultur Aquaponik yaitu;

Wakil Rektor, Dr. H. Mahathir Muhammad SE, MM, mewakili Rektor Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Dr. HM Nasrullah Yusuf SE MBA, memberikan apresiasi kepada mahasiswa yang telah menginisiasi Academic Expo ini. Mahathir menilai bahwa keberadaan Academic Expo sangat vital untuk dipublikasikan, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui inovasi yang telah dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Teknokrat.

Dalam pandangannya, Mahathir menyatakan bahwa UTI dengan tegas mendukung program green ekonomi dan green teknologi. Ia berharap bahwa setiap pencapaian akademik dihasilkan dalam bentuk karya yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.
